Poppy gets fixed

I took my dog Poppy to a veterinary clinic in Kissimmee, Florida to have her get neutered. Very long day because the drop off time was 7:30 AM and it was about an hour away. The pick up time is 4 o’clock, which renders the middle of the day almost useless. I really like all the little features that they offer for a nickel and a dime while the dog is Anastasis. While she’s been under anesthesia, she had her nails, clipped her ears plucked and cleaned. We were pretty happy about all that she’s getting a bodysuit instead of a cone and she’ll be given trazodone and meloxicam to calm her down and reduce her inflammation while she heals.

I really think that milestones in parenthood should be noted. so that you can feel like a great father at any given moment by remembering just these priceless experiences that were challenging at the time. And so precious later on. today I took my daughter and her friend on a journey. I bought tickets to see the women's college volleyball champion ship game.. It was between The Texas Longhorns and the. Nebraska Cornhuskers.. What I enjoyed the most about this priceless experience was just the feeling that maybe my daughter could recognize how much I loved her when. she would be older and trying to accomplish something like this for herself She would say, wow, this was really hard. And this was expensive. And Dad did this for us. I wonder if it was hard for him And the answer would be yes, it's freaking hard. Yes, it's demanding. Yes, it leaves you feeling drained at the end of the day. My feet hurt. My pockets empty My eyes are drained because I was exhausted from driving ...

Housing market Peak

So everyone wants to look at the charts and make a determination that the housing market is at a peak based off of previous data. I am not so convinced.Housing market has also continued to grow nonstop In the same exact chart. I think the difference between the bubble now allegedly allegedly and the bubble in the past the past is that the mortgages are not built on horrible notes. What if this is not the peak it's not the peak and inflation is just it's just buffering all of our costs. I saw this gentleman buy a truck for $22000 2001 And then list it for sale for $25000 used 20 years later. He'll get about what he paid for it. It's not that the value of the truck has gone up so much it's that inflation has caught up with everything. Now I'm not an economist nor do I consider myself a smart guy and I have a lot to learn,But When I was young you were always told if you do a good job Then every year you ask for a raise. I never stopped to consider that if the cos...
